This policy adds to our main Terms & Conditions and applies when you do jobs and earn points on DailyJob. Read it together with the main terms. On any general matter, the main Terms & Conditions prevail. This page sets the rules for workers and links to the detailed worker policies.
You must be at least 18 years old to work on DailyJob. Workers are the platform's verified users: you must complete identity verification before your first payout, as set out in our KYC policy. To receive payouts, you need an Indian bank account or a UPI ID; the name on it must match your verified identity document. Each person may hold only one account.
You work on DailyJob as an independent user. You are not an employee or agent of the platform or of any job poster. This policy does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. You get no employment benefits, and you are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.
Follow the job instructions exactly and submit genuine proof of the work you did. Do not submit fake, copied, or misleading proof. If a submission is rejected, retry limits apply and are shown to you in the app. Repeated fake or low-quality submissions may lead to limits on your account.
You earn points from the platform, not from posters. When a job poster approves your submission, the platform awards you points. Points measure your performance and task completion; they are not money and never convert to cash. You are not paid per task. The platform pays you once a week for your whole week's work, and the platform decides the amount based on your performance. Credits and points are two separate systems. No money moves between users: job posters pay the platform, and the platform pays workers.
After a job poster reviews your submission, they can rate you and leave a review. You can rate the jobs you work on. Ratings and reviews must be honest and about the work only. We may remove ratings that are dishonest, abusive, or not about the work.
You must not use fake accounts, bots, or scripts, and you must not cheat the review or points system. This is a summary. See the full Prohibited Activities page for the complete list.
We may suspend or ban an account that breaches this policy, our main terms, or our other policies. If we confirm fraud, any points and balance gained through that fraud are forfeited. If you think a suspension or ban is wrong, you may appeal within 30 days by writing to [email protected].
How the platform pays you: automatically, once a week, for your whole week's work, based on your performance. ₹50 minimum payout balance, IMPS or UPI, no payout fee, and what happens when a payout fails.
