This policy adds to our main Terms & Conditions and applies when you post jobs and buy credits on DailyJob. Read it together with the main terms. On any general matter, the main Terms & Conditions prevail. This page sets the rules for job posters and links to the detailed poster policies.
You must be at least 18 years old to post jobs. You must give accurate details when you register, whether you post as a business or as an individual, and keep them up to date. If you post on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind that business to this policy. Each person or business may hold only one account.
When you post a job, give clear, honest instructions and state exactly what proof of work you need. Your proof requirements must be realistic for the job and the credits you set aside for it. Job content must be lawful, and you must not post anything covered by our Prohibited Activities list. When you post a job, its credit budget is set aside from your credit balance as held credits, so the credits are reserved before any work begins.
Review each submission promptly. Approve it, or reject it with a genuine reason so the worker understands what went wrong. If a submission is still waiting, we send you a reminder on days 4 and 5. If you do not review it, the submission auto-approves on day 6. Rejections must be honest and about the work. Serial unfair rejection, where you reject good work to avoid the charge, may lead to limits on your account.
Approving a submission confirms the work is acceptable. Approval consumes the locked credits as the platform's charge for the completed job. Separately, the platform awards points to the worker. Points measure the worker's performance and task completion; they are not money and never convert to cash. Workers are the platform's verified users: the platform evaluates each worker and pays them once a week for their whole week's work, an amount the platform decides based on performance. You pay the platform in credits. You never pay the worker, and no money moves between users.
After you review a submission, you can rate the worker and leave a review. Ratings and reviews must be honest and about the work only. We may remove ratings that are dishonest, abusive, or not about the work.
You buy credits at the platform's published conversion rate, shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. You spend credits to post jobs and run boosts. Credit purchases are final. Unused held credits return to your credit balance, not to your bank account or card.
We may suspend or ban an account that breaches this policy, our main terms, or our other policies. When an account is terminated, any remaining balances are handled under the Payment Policy for job posters. If you think a suspension or ban is wrong, you may appeal within 30 days by writing to [email protected].
How buying credits works (UPI, cards, net banking via our payment partner), how credits are spent on job budgets, per-submission locks and boosts, and what you pay the platform for. You pay the platform in credits; the platform separately pays workers once a week based on performance — you never pay workers.
Cancel a job any time before completion; already-approved work is not unwound. Unused held credits return to your credit balance within the 3-day settlement window. Credit purchases are final; money refunds happen only in two exceptional cases, requested within 30 days.
