DailyJob is a digital task marketplace. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods. Nothing you buy or earn on the platform is a physical product, so no shipping charges ever apply.
When a job poster buys credits, we add them to the poster's credit balance electronically, right after payment is confirmed as successful. If your payment succeeds but the credits do not show up in your balance within 24 hours, email [email protected]. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for job posters for what happens when a payment is captured but credits are not granted.
Worker payouts run automatically once a week and are transferred electronically to the worker's verified bank account (IMPS) or UPI ID. After a payout is initiated, bank processing can take 1–2 business days for the money to reach the account.
DailyJob is delivered through our website and mobile app, and is available to users in India.
