Terms & Conditions

The rules that govern your use of the DailyJob marketplace, for both job posters and workers.

1. Who we are

DailyJob is a task marketplace operated by SoftenAI Global Private Limited, registered at 7th Floor, East Tower, 7ES6A, Mani Casadona, AA II, Newtown, Kolkata, Chakpachuria, West Bengal 700160, India. We connect job posters, who post work and buy credits, with workers, who complete that work and earn points. DailyJob is the counterparty to both sides: posters pay the platform, and the platform pays workers. No money moves directly between users.

2. Definitions

  • Job Poster: a user who posts jobs and buys credits to fund them.
  • Worker: a user who completes tasks and earns points for approved work.
  • Credits: the prepaid balance a poster buys, at the rate shown on the Pricing page, to fund posted tasks.
  • Points: what the platform awards a worker for approved work. Points measure performance and task completion. They are not money.
  • Held Credits: credits reserved from a poster's credit balance as the budget for a posted task.
  • Submission: the proof of completed work a worker sends to the poster for review.
  • Payout: the weekly transfer of a worker's earnings to their verified bank account or UPI ID.

3. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using DailyJob, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use DailyJob. You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date. Each person may hold only one account.

4. How the platform works

A poster posts a task and funds it with credits. A worker completes the task and sends a submission with proof. The poster reviews the submission and approves or rejects it. If the poster does not review it, the submission auto-approves on day 6, after reminders on days 4 and 5. When work is approved, the platform awards points to the worker. Points measure a worker's performance and task completion; they are not money. The platform pays each worker once a week for their whole week's work, based on their performance, to their verified bank account or UPI ID.

5. Credits and points are separate

Credits and points are two separate systems. Credits are the poster side; points are the worker side. No money moves between users: posters pay the platform, and the platform pays workers. Approving a submission triggers the platform to award points to the worker. It does not pay poster credits to the worker. Points measure a worker's performance and task completion; they are not money. The platform pays each worker weekly for their whole week's work, based on their performance.

6. Your agreement by user type

Extra rules apply depending on how you use DailyJob. Read the agreement for your role. It is part of these terms.

The full role rules are in the Job Poster Policy and the Worker Policy.

7. Reviews and ratings

After reviewing a submission, a poster can rate the worker and leave a review, and workers can rate tasks. Ratings and reviews must be honest and about the work only. We may remove ratings or reviews that are dishonest, abusive, or not about the work.

8. Prohibited activities

You must not do any of the following on DailyJob:

  • Submit fake, copied, or misleading proof of work.
  • Arrange or take payment outside the platform.
  • Create or use more than one account.
  • Post or complete tasks that are illegal.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

This is a summary. See the full Prohibited Activities page for the complete list.

9. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as your proof of work. By submitting it, you grant DailyJob a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display that content as needed to run the service. All DailyJob branding, software, and other platform content is our property or our licensors' property and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or ban an account that breaches these terms or our policies. When an account is terminated, any remaining balances are handled under the payment rules in the Job Poster Policy and Worker Policy, including the rules on forfeiture. If you think a suspension or ban is wrong, you may appeal within 30 days by writing to [email protected].

11. Liability

DailyJob is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. DailyJob is a marketplace, not the employer of workers. Workers are independent and are not employees or agents of the platform or of any poster. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid the platform in the six months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and note the date at the top. If you keep using DailyJob after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Kolkata have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of DailyJob.
