Payment Policy: Job Posters

How buying credits, spending them, held credits, and invoices work for job posters on DailyJob.

1. Buying credits

You buy credits to fund the jobs you post on DailyJob. You can pay through the payment gateways we use, such as Razorpay, using the methods they support, including UPI, cards, and net banking. You buy credits at the platform's published conversion rate, shown at checkout and on the Pricing page. Once your payment is confirmed, credits are added to your credit balance instantly.

2. Spending credits

You spend credits in three ways: you set a credit budget when you post a job, a portion of that budget locks for each submission under review, and you can spend extra credits to boost a job so more workers see it. You can only post or boost a job if your credit balance covers it.

3. Held credits lifecycle

Held credits keep the money side clear while a job is open. Here is the full lifecycle:

  • When you post a job, its credit budget is set aside from your credit balance as held credits.
  • When a worker submits work for review, a portion of the budget locks for that submission.
  • When you approve a submission, the locked credits are consumed as the platform's charge for the completed job, and the platform then awards points to the worker.
  • When you reject a submission, the locked credits return to the job budget so another worker can take the slot.
  • When the job closes or is cancelled, any unused held credits return automatically to your credit balance within a 3-day settlement window.

4. What you are paying for

Your credits pay the platform for a service: matching your task with workers, verifying who those workers are, giving you the tools to review submissions, and settling each completed job. Credits are not a transfer to the worker. Credits and points are two separate systems, and no money moves between users. You pay the platform in credits. The platform separately pays workers once a week based on their performance. You never pay workers.

5. Invoices and records

You can see every credit purchase, with the date and amount, in your purchase history. Use these records for your own accounting.

6. Refunds

Credit purchases are final, and unused held credits return to your credit balance rather than your bank account. Money refunds apply only in exceptional cases. For the full rules, read our Cancellation & Refunds page for job posters.
