You must complete identity verification, known as KYC (Know Your Customer), before your first payout on DailyJob. You can do tasks and build up points before then, but we cannot pay you out until verification is complete. Verified workers get a verification badge, which helps posters trust your work.
You verify with one of these documents, plus a live selfie:
Your document must be valid, not expired, and clearly show your full legal name. The selfie must be a live photo taken during verification, not an uploaded picture. The name on your document must match the name on your payout account.
We review your submission within 24–48 hours, and up to 72 hours during peak periods. We tell you the outcome both in-app and by email. If your submission is rejected, we tell you why, and you can fix the issue and resubmit.
We may ask you to verify again if we see suspicious activity on your account, if your document has expired, or if you change your payout details. This protects your payouts and keeps the platform safe.
Your documents and selfie are encrypted in storage and in transit, and access is limited to authorised verification staff. They are never shown to posters. For more on how we handle your data, read our Privacy Policy.
