Cancellations & Reversals: Workers

How rejected work, point reversals, failed payouts, and leaving the platform work for workers on DailyJob.

1. If your submission is rejected

If a poster rejects your submission, you earn no points for it. The credits locked for that submission return to the poster's job budget, not to you. Retry rules apply and are shown to you in the app. If you believe a rejection was unfair, you can report it to [email protected].

2. If a job closes while your submission is pending

If a poster closes or cancels a job while your submission is still pending review, the submission is approved automatically during settlement, and the platform then awards points as usual. You do not lose credit for work you have already submitted.

3. Point reversals

Once points are approved, they are yours. Approved points are only reversed if we confirm fraud or a serious breach of our terms. Your ratings and reviews must be honest and about the work only. Dishonest reviews may be removed and may count as a breach.

4. Failed payouts

If a payout fails, we retry it automatically up to 3 times. If it keeps failing, your balance stays in your account and carries over to the next cycle. Failed payouts are usually caused by wrong bank or UPI details, so fix your payout details at payout settings to get paid in the next cycle.

5. Leaving the platform

You can close your account at any time. If your payout balance is at least ₹50, it is paid out in the next weekly cycle before your account is closed. If your payout balance is below ₹50, it is forfeited when you close your account voluntarily.
